Inspire Life is a private member association for those of mankind to share knowledge of optimal well-being and to support your natural healing ability; the association is founded and run by i: a man; Jason Loken; and i: a women; Téa Shahbazi; Membership provides exclusive access to a range of knowledge, property and time; all activities through or within the association occur within the private domain only; your autograph confirms your acceptance of the agreement of membership and constitution (rules) of the association;
Inspire Life - Private Member Association, herafter referred to as the Association, and any of its branches including, Still Point Quantum Wellness, Inspire Life Multiversity and Inspire Health Podcast and any of their subsidiaries shall not be publically liable under any theory or any purported damages or any and all consequences by users of the Inspire Life – Private Member Association offerings.
The Association offerings are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. No guarantees expressed or implied are made about the use of the offerings. Results may vary between individuals. Information and statements made are for educational purposes and are not intended to replace the advice of your personal doctor.. The Association offerings do not dispense medical advice, prescribe, or diagnose illness. The views and advice expressed by the Association are not intended to be a substitute for conventional medical service.
i agree to indemnify and hold Jason Loken, Téa Shahbazi, the Association, it’s interns and any of its workers, harmless from any and all liabilities, losses or damages caused by or arising in any manner from my participation and experience with the Association and any of it branches and subsidiaries.

I agree that as a private association, I will not make any public claim against The Inspire Life – Private Member Association, its interns or any of its branches and subsidiaries.
This Association of Members declares that our objective includes protection of our rights and freedoms of choice regarding our health information and care, and to allow the Association founders and its members with a platform in which to conduct all manner of private business with the Association and convenient exchange with other Associations and Association members, keeping all business in the private domain and using the protections guaranteed by our rights and freedoms.
Members have the right to exercise freedom of speech and to freely pursue their physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, economic, social, and cultural development as guaranteed by Natural Law. All the Association’s activities are restricted to the private domain and are outside the jurisdiction of government entities, agencies, officers, agents, contractors, and other representatives. i consent that i am responsible for my own actions and for the consequences of how i, apply any of the knowledge i, gain here;

The Association recognizes a man or woman of any origin or religion, who joins the Association in good faith with the spirit of connection and collaboration, and agrees with the values, principles, and expectations of this Association; providing said man or woman has not been a member previously revoked by the Association.
❖ Peaceful and respectful communication with all members.
❖ Honouring the privacy and confidentiality of each members' experience.
❖ Respectful engagement and acknowledgment of all life in the natural world: animals, trees, plants, offspring, creatures, mankind.
❖ Be open to explore, learn and live by Natural Law.
❖ When in gatherings, shares are held with privacy and respect.
❖ Honour the intention of group gatherings: together we enhance the conscious development and momentum of our community.
❖ The minimum age requirement for members is 18 years of age. Any man or woman below 18 years of age will require the accompaniment of a trusted guardian over 18 years, appointed by their family member and they accept responsibility for that member and will not press any claim against the Association unless there is proven harm.
❖ Membership is non-transferable and is valid until revocation, cancellation or death. Refer below to items 10 and 11 for further information, or item 5 in the Constitution for the complete procedure.
❖ At the discretion of the directors, energy exchanges for offerings can be in the form of fiat, precious metals, cryptocurrency or barter.
Members are given the opportunity to freely give what they are moved inside to donate for Lifetime access to all á la carte services and offerings that Inspire Life: Private Membership Association has to offer [minimum $1 USD].
Ultimately we create the world we live in by choosing where and how we spend our time, energy and finances. This can change from moment to moment depending on how we feel inside as well as what is going on in our external world. Check in with yourself and donate what feels right for you to donate. When you take a moment to check in with yourself regularly throughout the day and then act in alignement with that feeling you embody more of YOU into your life.
Once you become a member you will have access to á la carte offerings all by donation and/or minimum donation depending on the offering.
This includes
i comprehend that i can withdraw from this agreement and leave the Association at anytime, and that my membership or benefits, can be revoked by the Leadership Team at any time, should they conclude that a specific member is interacting with them or any other member in a way that is contrary or detrimental to the focus, principles, and betterment of the Association.
i recognize that the Association functions in the private jurisdiction which is outside the jurisdiction and authority of Federal and Provincial/Territorial Agencies and Authorities concerning any and all claims of harm against the Association members or its leadership team. Natural law is based on self-responsibility and self-determination. All diputes between members will be handled using peaceful communication and application of non-aggressive principles:
· If the dispute is between members and there is not a claim of harm requiring a remedy, the members are expected to discuss any disagreement openly and come to an agreement of a resolution.
· If the members are experiencing difficulty coming to a peaceful agreement between themselves, they may seek assistance from the Leaders to facilitate a meeting to come to a resolution.
· If one of the members identifies the situation as causing them harm, they are to bring forward evidence to substantiate their claim and seek remedy for a proven harm. The remedy may be agreed to by the members. Should a remedy not be achieved, both members can bring the claim before a member tribunal to present their evidence and abide by any remedy determined by the tribunal. Refer to Sections 6 and 7 of the Association's Constitution for full details.

Inspire Life – PMA and all of its branches and secondary offerings are presented to you as a member expressing your free will choice. All private information shared will remain confidential and private within, during and following this members agreement. i, agree not to share, copy, reproduce, or sell any of the property offered here, without first obtaining the explicit written consent of the man and or woman who did create it; and the expressed written permission from a Leader of the Association. i acknowledge, comprehend and take full responsibility for my actions by consenting to this agreement. Should i violate this agreement, i recognize that my member benefits and participation in the Association may be terminated.
i comprehend that the fellow members of the Association that provide products, offerings, consultations and care, do so in the capacity of a fellow member and not in the capacity of a public person or licensed provider. i accept that within the Association no doctor-client; nurse-client relationship exists, i am entering into a voluntary agreement with another member acting in their private capacity as a member of the Association. In addition, i have freely chosen to change my legal status as a public customer or client to a private member of the Association. i further comprehend that it is entirely my own responsibility to consider the advice and recommendations offered to me by my fellow members and to educate myself about how these offerings might affect me. Any request by me to a fellow member(s) to assist me or provide me with therapy, treatment or care is my own free decision in an exercise of my rights and made by me for my benefit, and i agree to hold any other member or leader of the Association harmless except for a proven harm that results from instances of the offending member knowingly causing me harm.
i enter into this agreement of my own free will without any pressure or coercion. i, attest that my actions on this and any subsequent visit to this website or to any event or place provided within the association (including electronic communications) are by i, in my own right and private capacity as a man/woman, and not as an agent or representative for any governmental or non-governmental agency or organisation whose purpose is to enforce a legal code, act or statute where no man or woman has been harmed, or to carry out any mission of entrapment or investigation; i, understand that this will be considered to be trespass by way of fraud and that i, will become immediately liable to pay compensation under this agreement, in the amount of $100,000USD plus $10USD/minute the trespass continues; i, understand that any claims of wrong and or trespass under this agreement shall be governed by natural law and may be pressed in a court of law (public jurisdiction) by and between those of mankind only; i have read and understood this document, and my questions have been answered fully to my satisfaction. By entering into this agreement, i am giving informed consent to be a member.
i agree to become a member of Inspire Life - PMA under Natural Law, whose members seek greater spiritual wisdom, healing, community connection, guidance, education and who demonstrate free will of choice. For purposes of the PMA, i voluntarily change my capacity from that of a public person to that of a private living member as a man or woman. My activities with the Association are a private matter that are free from the Local, Provincial/Territorial or Federal investigative or enforcement agencies. i fully agree not to pursue any course of legal action against a fellow Member of the Association, unless that Member has exposed me to a clear and present danger, and upon recommendation and approval of the Association.
This agreement serves as a private lawful agreement, which began the date of my joining Inspire Life - Private Member Association.
i, agree to and digitally autograph this agreement between i, and the man, Jason Loken, and i, the woman, Téa Shahbazi founders of Inspire Life - A Private Member Association, without coercion, in exchange for access to the benefits offered by or through the Association, i declare that by joining the Association and/or the Associations websites and/or social media group(s), i have carefully read; understand and agree to the constitution and rules of the Inspire Life: Private Member Association;
