A Private Member Association Member Agreement

Inspire Life is a private member association for those of humankind to share knowledge of optimal wellbeing and to support your natural healing ability. The association is founded and run by the living, breathing man :Jason: Loken. And the living breathing woman :Téa: Shahbazi. Life-time membership is a minimum of $1, although you can donate whatever amount you feel over and above this amount; membership provides exclusive access to a range of knowledge, property and time; all activities through or within the association occur within the private domain only.

This agreement is to protect the private nature of Inspire Life PMA and the member’s agreement. Member agrees to the confidentiality of all services considered, without prejudice. This agreement allows us to share private jurisdiction information with you as our member!

Member enters into this agreement of their own free will without any pressure or coercion. It is clearly understood and agreed that the Membership participation with Inspire Life PMA is solely between private men and women, who are not the incumbent of an office and thereby PUBLIC. Accordingly, Inspire Life, a Private Membership Association, and the Member agree not to distribute, forward, disseminate, post, publish, broadcast, redistribute, sell, share, otherwise disclose private matters in any manner on in any media not contemplated by this Agreement or otherwise authorized by express written consent of the founding members.

The term “Private Information” means any information or material which is provided to or by Inspire Life resulting from Member participation which is not generally known other than by the Member participating with Inspire Life and which may be obtained through any direct or indirect contact with Inspire Life including but not limited to emails, phone conversations, conference calls, social media communications, audio recordings, recorded and/or live-stream videos or webinars or other broadcasts or telecasts, downloads, written work product, documents, samples created by Inspire Life or third parties with which Inspire Life aligns and deals with, including without limitation, documents, research, correspondence samples, educational information processes, procedures, protocols, or intellectual property shared by Inspire Life that is not public knowledge or publicly published. The nature of the information and the manner of disclosure are such that a reasonable man or woman would understand it to be confidential. Member is however encouraged to share their experiences with Inspire Life PMA programs with other non-members and invite others to join.

Member agrees to be responsible for my own actions and for the consequences of how they apply any of the knowledge gained here.

The Member agrees to act according to law, and not to engage in abusive, violent, irresponsible, menacing, destructive or harassing behaviour towards any other man or woman who does participate in the association, lest my membership be dismissed, and access to all time and or property offered by or through the association cease.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

The Member hereby waives any and all claims against the Association, its owners, officers, employees, and volunteers for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Association’s programs or use of its facilities.

The Member agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Association from any claims, demands, or causes of action related to their participation or that of their sons and daughters or wards in the Association’s programs.

Member acknowledges that s/he is not acting as an agent or representative for any governmental or non-governmental agency or organisation whose purpose is to enforce a legal code, act or statute where no man or woman has been harmed, or to carry out any mission of entrapment or investigation; They, understand that this will be considered to be trespass by way of fraud and that they, will become immediately liable to pay compensation under this agreement, in the amount of $100,000USD plus $10USD/minute the trespass continues; They, understand that any claims of wrong and or trespass under this agreement shall be governed by natural law and may be pressed in a court of law (public jurisdiction) by and between those of humankind only.

Member agrees to and digitally autographs this agreement, without coercion, in exchange for access to the benefits offered by or through the Association, and do acknowledge that I, as Member, have read, comprehend and agreed to the Constitution and Rules of the Inspire Life: Private Member Association.
